   Joined shortly after Seed funding and contributed through Series A and Series B growth while operating across product engineering, frontend, backend, architecture and AI-driven development initiatives.

   1. Lead Software Engineer

      2021 - 2026

      • Built and scaled the frontend engineering team to 8 engineers within a ~30-person engineering organization: hiring, interviews, onboarding.

      • Defined application architecture across frontend and backend, leading the evolution from a React application to a hybrid Elixir/Phoenix + React platform.

      • Served as technical lead across multiple product domains, including the frontend platform, internationalization platform, as well as user and admin product areas, partnering closely with Product and Design.

      • Built and maintained the company-wide design system, and led the internationalization platform supporting 8+ languages through UI, database content and AI-powered fully automatic translations generations workflows, reducing new language rollout from weeks to hours and helping enable enterprise deployments of 20k+ users, unlocking more than $10M in enterprise opportunities.

      • Led the redesign of the assessment experience by replacing the legacy whiteboard with a native drag-and-drop interaction, reducing scoring-related support complaints by over 95% while cutting assessment generation time by more than 3x.

      • Defined AI-assisted engineering workflows contributing to ~2x more pull requests merged and a ~40% reduction in pull request review time, and delivered full-stack product features using TypeScript, React, Elixir, Phoenix, PostgreSQL and LLM-based systems.

   Joined as part of the team that built the new webapp platform, replacing an old Python monolith with a modern, React based SPA that connected to the new microservices backend architecture via a GraphQL endpoint.

      2020 - 2021

      • Led a 4-engineer R&D team to design and build a new full-stack product based on microservices and real-time communication.

      • Defined the technical architecture and delivered the first production version of the platform, which remains in use today.

      2018 - 2020

      • Contributed to the modernization of the company's web platform, helping drive the migration from a monolithic architecture to microservices.

      • Built production frontend applications using React and GraphQL while contributing to backend services and API design.

      • Partnered closely with Product and Design throughout discovery, technical design and delivery.

      • Built core features for a real-time collaboration web platform including video conferencing, chat, document sharing and collaborative real-time editing.

      • Developed highly interactive features with a focus on real-time communication using WebRTC and browser-based technologies.

   Joined as a freelance soon after company launch and helped the startup scale through its early growth phase, building core web-application features and backend services to support retail marketing analytics.
